*this does not exactly follow the OABCIG school schedule so please pay attention to dates

*all days receive 32 classes from start until recital

*1st class cancelled due to weather will not be made up, all other classes will be including any teacher cancellations due to sickness etc

RECITAL 2020

Recital's will be held May 23rd & 24th this year. Recital A will be Saturday May 23rd at 2pm. Recital B will be Saturday May 23rd at 6pm. We will do one large recital on Sunday May 24th at 1pm with all groups. Recitals are held at the Rosemary Claussen Center for the Arts in Holstein, IA (attached to the Ridge View High School). If you have more than one child or have a child in a lot of classes especially on different nights we cannot guarantee they will not be split between the two recitals on Saturday. Stage Practices will be held May 18th-21st . Dress Rehearsal will be held Friday May 22nd at 6pm for everybody (will run it like large recital). Exact classes for Recital A/B will be handed out in January.

***REMINDER: CLASSES ARE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER IF OA-BCIG CANCELS OR GETS OUT EARLY BECAUSE OF IT. WE WILL NOT MAKE UP THE FIRST NIGHT OF CLASSES CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER BUT IF MORE THEN ONE NIGHT IS CANCELLED FOR A DAY THEY WILL BE MADE UP. WE ALSO POST A MESSAGE ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND GROUP AND SEND OUT AN E-MAIL TO THOSE WHO HAVE E-MAIL BILLING.
